Paula Crump - Admin Assistant

I have worked for Cheshire Branch and now West Cheshire Branch for over 6 years. Before joining the branch I had worked as an Accounts Officer / Admin Clerk for a number of years before taking a break to become a busy housewife.

I enjoy working in busy environment with my colleagues, dealing with the members and keeping the membership records up to date and helping with the general running of the office. It can sometimes be a challenging job but very enjoyable.

Kerrie Stonehouse - Admin Assistant

I have worked for Cheshire UNISON and now West Cheshire and Cheshire East UNISON Branches since 2007.  Previously I was employed by UNISON in the Region for 16 years.

Over the years our jobs have evolved and from dealing with just ensuring that our membership records are up to date, deal with all correspondence and ensure the day to day running of the Branch Office - we are also on the frontline when it comes to member contact.  Both my colleague and I, try to deal with all the straightforward cases only passing on those that require either representation or more indepth understanding.  Since COVID we work remotely, only visiting the branch office once a week, and regularly have to minute take at branch meetings across the region.
