We know regulations are flouted,staff are bullied into taking on tasks they are not trained or paid to do and agreements are ignored in many schools and academies.

The best way to tackle abuse of power is to be strong, informed and an active UNISON member.

Justice for school staff will be achieved when we have representatives in every workplace, ensuring whatever we negotiate nationally is put into practice locally.
