Showing Support for our SCOS Colleagues at Lancashire County Council

West Cheshire UNISON Branch Secretary, Teresa Connally and Assistant Branch Secretary, Geoff Wright went along to Preston to show our Social Care Support Officer colleagues in Lancashire County Council support whilst they were in dispute with their employers over a pay grade claim, as their job roles and responsibilities have increased over the years without recognition.
